Are Your Engineers Qualified?

All my electricians hold City and Guilds in electrical installation and have undergone extensive training. All hold current 17th edition qualifications to BS7671. We undergo further ongoing assessment by the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors. You’ll find us on the National Electrical Safety Register and the reputable Trust Mark scheme. All staff are CRB checked.

Is there a Callout Charge?

No, there is not. Please see our charges for specific details.

Do you offer free quotes and estimates?

Yes. See above. All our qoutes are comprehensive and will leave you with a first class service in electrical installation. We don’t apply hidden charges – ever.

Will I have to wait in all day for an electrician to attend?

We believe in good communication. We will endeavour to give you an approximate time and call 30-60min ahead of our arrival to ensure we have access. Because we are committed to finishing jobs to a high standard and exceeding our clients expectations sometimes appointments can run overtime. If this happens we will contact you immediately with an updated ETA. As one of my customers you will be kept in the loop.

Will you clean up any dust or mess?

Absolutely. Our costs are fully comprehensive and we will leave you with a finished result. To this end we use industrial dust extractors and high tech chasing machines made by Flex. All waste is bagged up and removed at the time we leave you.

Is there a warranty with Quantum Electrical installations?

Yes. We provide a 24 month warranty on parts and labour. For higher quality parts such as MK or Crabtree we can extend this warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment in the following ways:

  1. Cash on completion of the service.
  2. All major credit and debit cards
  3. Bank transfer to the details provided on our electronic invoice.
