We operate London wide.

Unless manifestly quoted otherwise we charge hourly.  For a full list of our charges please see our charges page here.. For fixed price charges you will be provided with a written estimate by your engineer and asked to approve it ahead of our visit.

We work Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 at our normal daytime charges.  We work out of hours at our premium charges.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept bank transfer and cash in GBP.   Please note, that unless by prior arrangements we do not accept cheques.

Easy! This can be done via telephone or email or filling out our contact form or by using our speedy online booking platform.

No.  We will contact you before we arrive. Traffic conditions and existing workloads mean we cannot provide exact times of arrival but we can provide an hours notice ahead of our visit.  This means you needn’t wait in all day.  Please let us know the best way to contact you.

Yes. All our waste is managed according to local authority regulations. We do apply a surcharge in order for us to dispose of waste. This varies depending on type and quantity. Please see our charges page.

Yes.  Our engineers are all fully trained to industry recognised standards and experienced.  Quantum Electrical is an Approved Member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors. We undergo rigorous annual assessments by third party engineers to ensure our skills are second to none.  We are part “P” compliant and recognised by all London Authorities to “sign off” our work.
