A really great company, I have only had seamless support and great service (both labour and customer service). I needed a plumber as soon as possible on a Friday and John clearly put in a lot of effort to find one. Within 3 hours of the job request, both Clayton and Charlie attended my property and worked on the boiler. They explained, in great detail, the state of the issue and explained the different routes of fixing the issue. They offered a great and reasonably priced service for a new boiler that would be completed only over 2 days with a 10 year warranty. The previous boiler was rather uncommon and old and would cost considerably more to maintain than to simply have a new one installed; saving me a lot of money for the future.
